Uploading Your Files

Before sending your files, please fill out this form or send us an email with your specifications, deadline and complete billing information

When your files are ready to be transcribed you can upload them to us safely through MyDocsOnline’s 2-step process:

1 – Insert your name and email in the first two fields. This is required.
You can then include an optional message – or instructions to us in the comment box.

2 – Find and select the file(s) from your computer. We do not recommend that you select the files for transfer from a CD-rom, or other external drives. You can also select files and drag-drop them onto the dotted area.
A yellow progress bar will indicate the upload, once it’s turned green, the file upload is successful and complete, we will be able to access it here at Mulberry Studio. You will also see a confirmation message.
